NBA Bet of the Day – Fri 7th Feb
ATLANTA HAWKS @ BOSTON CELTICS 7pm ET
Against the Spread Best Bet – Pick Celtics
On experience alone Boston get it done here and in doing so beat the spread. It might be close for a while but they will pull away in the final quarter.
These teams met a couple of games ago, with the Celtics winning by eight points on the road. After that loss the Hawks have bounced back with a win at Minnesota, which apparently was the last straw for the Timberwolves as they then dealt his marching order Andrew Wiggins.
The Hawks are is a little banged up coming into this one but as long as Trae Young makes it onto the court they do still have a shot. John Collins has been playing very well since his suspension and should be able to work inside. However Boston are on a great roll at the moment with five straight wins and importantly, from a betting perspective all of these wins have been against the spread wins too!
Impressively, they’ve been going about their business with slightly different players each evening. We feel that will be the case again tonight with key contributors like Walker and Brown on the injury report but they will get the job done.
Over Under Best Bet – Pick The Over
Atlanta are not afraid to let it fly and they are going to have to do just that to have any chance against Boston. We really like the depth Boston have right now with players like Wanamaker showing they can step in and make scores. Plus rookie Romeo Langford. Against a porous Atlanta defense, I am expecting a big game from Boston. pick the over
